Our Promise to You
Should you choose Naper
Doodles as the breeder of your puppy, this is our commitment to you:
- We promise to carefully choose the dogs
that we breed, with the priorities of health, temperament and a
low-to-non-shedding coat equally important in our decision.
- We promise to be honest and forthright in
our dealings with you, in our warranty and contract, and in
answers to your inquiries.
- We promise that in the first 24 months
of your puppy's life, if your vet should find a life-altering
genetic problem, we
will pay for veterinary costs up to the
original price of the puppy or provide you with a new puppy
at no cost. We would not require your canine companion in trade as we know you will come to
love them dearly.
- We promise that for your puppy's lifetime
we will always be available by phone or email to answer
questions or help you find a source for the answer.
- We do not want any of our puppies to end
up in a shelter. If you are ever unable to keep your dog we will
work with you to find a new family in your area. If there isn't
a family available near you, you may ship the dog back to us and
we will care for them until they can be re-homed.
